jijihh Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "jijihh", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jijihh platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for delivering the services described herein.
• "Platform" refers to the jijihh website accessible at jijihh.net, including all sub-pages, services, games, betting markets, and features made available through it.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the jijihh Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile created upon successful completion of the jijihh registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to PHP funds deposited by the Player and held within their jijihh Account for use in wagering.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by jijihh subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must stake before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming, betting, live casino, sportsbook, bingo, sabong, and related entertainment products offered by jijihh.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the jijihh Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

jijihh reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to Players. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the jijihh Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by jijihh. Players found to be underage will have their Accounts immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is lawful at the time of access and wagering. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any such person employed by jijihh or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or permanently banned from the jijihh Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must be the sole and rightful owner of the payment method used to fund your jijihh Account.

4 Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to maintain one (1) Account on the jijihh Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by any single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly if any details change.
• Keep your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential. You must not share your Account access with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notify jijihh support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any breach of your login credentials.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you.

jijihh employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption on all sessions. However, the security of your Account credentials remains your personal responsibility.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

jijihh supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following verified payment channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your jijihh Account are credited in PHP and are available for wagering upon successful transaction confirmation. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jijihh does not impose fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require submission of Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, including a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, Passport, Driver's License, UMID). jijihh reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, where technically feasible.
• jijihh does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's name.
• Withdrawal requests that are pending at the time of an Account suspension will be held pending resolution of the suspension.
• Processing times vary by payment channel. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jijihh may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any bonus-specific terms published at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution rates are specified per promotion.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the time of crediting. Bonus funds and associated winnings not utilized within the stated period will be forfeited without notice.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per Player, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Abuse Prevention: jijihh reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotion-derived winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, use of multiple Accounts, or other conduct inconsistent with good-faith participation.

jijihh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each promotion prior to participation.

7 Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the jijihh Platform are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published separately within each game or betting market and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• A bet is only accepted and valid once jijihh has confirmed it with a unique transaction reference. Bets that are unconfirmed due to technical failure, network interruption, or insufficient account balance are deemed void.
• jijihh reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• In the event of a manifest error in displayed odds, game results, or payout calculations, jijihh reserves the right to void affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-bet state.
• Live in-play bets accepted after the relevant event has concluded, or after the outcome has been determined, will be voided.
• Winnings are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance upon settlement of a valid wager. Settlement timelines vary by game type and event category.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jijihh Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without authorization.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an undue advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on jijihh.
• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through the use of VPNs or proxy services.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jijihh staff, customer support agents, or other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jijihh Platform, including but not limited to the jijihh brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of jijihh or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorization from jijihh.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software underlying the Platform.
• Use the jijihh brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or misrepresentation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content without express written consent.

10 Privacy & Data

jijihh collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jijihh implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Players are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and to enable all available security features on their Accounts.

11 Responsible Gaming

jijihh is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the well-being of its players seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be pursued as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

jijihh provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible through the Account dashboard or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set caps on the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Opt-in notifications alerting you when you have been active on the Platform for a set duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period or a permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and honored in full.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jijihh, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the jijihh Platform or any of its Services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds, or payout calculations that are promptly corrected by jijihh.
• Losses arising from bets placed based on your own judgment and risk assessment.
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently updated or corrected.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain damages, jijihh's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13 Termination

jijihh reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete mandatory identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Use of the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy policy notifications.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a relevant authority.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jijihh customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of applicable fees, if any) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon Account closure.

14 Amendments

jijihh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jijihh will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page. In certain cases, jijihh may provide additional notice of significant changes via email or in-platform notification, but is not obligated to do so.

Your continued use of the jijihh Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally between the Player and jijihh shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines. Players who access the Platform from other jurisdictions do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
